I’d say that Yok3d has certainly increase strength and potentially endurance in the first 30 minutes of my workouts. I still gas out pretty quick but overall volume remains the same as I lift heavier in the beginning. Pumps are not where I’d like to see them. I have better pumps taking 3-4 grams of arginine but not the strength benefits.

Once again my shoulder and triceps workout was insane! My arms and shoulders were totally swelled/pumped up and vascularity was absolutely freakish! 3 of my best bro’s honestly said “dude I know you’re on the GEAR now, you look huge and ripped what are you seriously on?” I’m usually the guy that hides his physique in the gym, always wears long sleeves, sweatshirts or loose shirts. But not today maybe that’s why everybody was so surprised…..

I must admit it was a good feeling! Endurance and strength is also at its peak, I seriously didn’t want to stop lifting! So far YOK3D is really, really impressing me!
